Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend marketing events and promotional activities.
- Manage social media engagement and content scheduling for the weekend shift.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
- Support the administrative team with data entry, filing, and report generation.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot weekend operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must currently be enrolled in a High School, College, or University program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to our location in Charlotte, NC.
