Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing social media campaigns and managing content calendars on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Conduct local market research and analyze business trends in Tennessee and Georgia.
- Manage and update our CRM database with new leads and client information.
- Support the operations team with data entry, report generation, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for upcoming projects.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and maintain a professional environment during weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to shadow projects and learn industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Interest in SEO, digital marketing, or business operations is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville office.
