Responsibilities
- SEO Support: Assist the marketing team with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content auditing for our client portfolios.
- Recruiting Coordination: Support the weekend recruiting operations by scheduling interviews and updating candidate databases in our ATS.
- Social Media Management: Curate and post engaging content on our social platforms during the weekend shift to boost engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in the Indianapolis and Florida markets.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of internship applications and internship credit documentation.
- Event Support: Assist with setup and coordination for weekend networking events or job fairs.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (undergraduate or graduate) seeking College Credit.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Location: Must reside in or near Jacksonville, Florida.
