What You'll Do
As our Weekend Intern, you will support our marketing team in driving organic traffic and improving site performance. Your tasks will include assisting with data analysis, content optimization, and basic technical maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
- Assist in technical SEO audits, identifying broken links, page speed issues, and meta tag errors.
- Manage social media content calendars and schedule posts for the weekend audience.
- Analyze website traffic metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure assets are SEO-friendly and responsive.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field).
- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and web technologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee, PA location.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
