Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, chat, and in-person during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, network, and security problems
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Assist with inventory management and asset tracking for IT equipment
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekend system updates and maintenance tasks

Qualifications
