Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using Python and JavaScript
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for internal systems and user inquiries
- Assist in network monitoring and security protocol implementation
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Participate in code reviews and optimize existing systems
- Support weekend system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore/Junior level)
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Git version control
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (12-16 hrs/week)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
