Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote support
- Install and configure software systems across Windows and macOS platforms
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
- Perform weekend system maintenance and security updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
