Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security
- Document ticket resolutions in ITSM systems
- Assist with server monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex escalations
- Participate in weekend system updates and patch deployments
- Create user documentation for common troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
