Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system diagnostics
- Train users on new technology implementations and best practices
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and upgrade projects
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
