Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Document incident tickets and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on weekend system deployments
- Conduct user training sessions for new software implementations
- Monitor system health and escalate critical issues
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Participate in cross-departmental weekend projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
