Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, networking, and cloud applications
- Document ticket resolutions using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct system maintenance and updates during off-peak hours
- Assist in developing knowledge base articles for internal use
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional onsite support
