Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during weekend shifts
- Document incident reports and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (students welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems

- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
