Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases using ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex resolutions
- Create knowledge base articles for common technical issues
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for critical incidents
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for response times
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program (Computer Science/IT preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows/macOS environments
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (12-16 hrs/week)
- Customer service experience (retail, campus support, etc.)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
