Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients
- Document technical solutions in knowledge base systems
- Install and configure new equipment/software deployments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Customer service experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
