Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for startups using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Diagnose hardware/software issues via remote and in-person support
- Document technical procedures in knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity audits for client networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech projects
- Participate in weekend hackathons and innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT program (Sophomore+ standing)
- Basic proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
