Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, printer malfunctions, and application errors
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security patches and updates
- Assist in deploying new equipment and configuring workstations
- Train end-users on software applications and system best practices
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and upgrade projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related degree program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekend shifts
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems preferred (Service Desk, Jira)
- CompTIA A+ certification or similar technical training a plus
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
