Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees via ticketing system and chat platforms
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Assist with network administration tasks including VPN setup and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Create and maintain technical documentation for IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security patch implementations
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools and escalate critical issues
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives and innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) 8am-5pm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and ticketing systems (Jira Service Desk preferred)
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
