Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service logs
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical challenges
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for urgent issues
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
