Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to office staff during weekend operations.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software for weekend events and projects.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security checks to ensure data integrity.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for the full-time team.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify areas for process improvement in weekend workflows.
- Handle on-site support requests and respond to help desk tickets promptly.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technical support, networking, and IT operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
