Responsibilities
- Assist with weekend technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with the technical team on data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Support client onboarding processes during weekend shifts.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on new software releases.
- Update technical documentation and logs accurately.
- Participate in team stand-ups and training sessions on Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (must be able to earn credit).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
