Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with data analysis, reporting, and database management during peak weekend operations.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and project logs to ensure continuity for the Monday team.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the Baltimore community to drive brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends relevant to our Georgia and Maryland markets.
- Support QA testing for new software releases and provide feedback on user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure weekend projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Attend weekly syncs to align on goals and track progress on ongoing internship projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays for the duration of the internship.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of web development tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
