Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in maintaining and troubleshooting internal software applications.
- Perform routine data entry, analysis, and reporting for weekly operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to update website content and optimize SEO performance.
- Monitor system performance and promptly report bugs or technical issues to the support team.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and assist in preparing competitive analysis reports.
- Help organize and maintain digital asset libraries and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School diploma program (IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
