What You Will Do:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal staff and weekend events.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Monitor server logs and troubleshoot system anomalies during off-hours.
- Conduct hardware inventory and asset management for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure seamless digital presentations.
Responsibilities
- Execute weekend technical support protocols and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of audio-visual equipment for corporate events.
- Maintain accurate records of technical tickets and system performance logs.
- Support the IT department in updating and patching systems during non-business hours.
- Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday for the duration of the internship.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies.
