Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues reported by internal staff.
- Monitor and manage helpdesk ticket queues to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure, including printers and networking devices.
- Document technical procedures and update the internal knowledge base to streamline support processes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex network connectivity and software application issues.
- Conduct routine hardware inspections and software updates on workstations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Mandatory availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
