Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues reported by internal staff.
  • Monitor and manage helpdesk ticket queues to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure, including printers and networking devices.
  • Document technical procedures and update the internal knowledge base to streamline support processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex network connectivity and software application issues.
  • Conduct routine hardware inspections and software updates on workstations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Mandatory availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
