Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for employees accessing the network on weekends.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve basic network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets and equipment logs.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to implement new security protocols and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
