Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates for open technology positions.
- Screen resumes and applications to determine candidate fit for specific roles.
- Perform initial phone screenings to assess communication skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and send calendar invitations to candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and marketing collateral.
- Attend recruitment events and networking sessions to build our talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques is a plus.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, for on-site events).
