Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Conduct research and experimentation with novel architectures and algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model performance and business impact.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI systems that handle high traffic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
