- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the company's long-term technological roadmap, identifying key trends and potential disruptions for the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers focused on next-generation algorithms and infrastructure.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct deep-dive evaluations of emerging tech stacks, providing recommendations on adoption and integration strategies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with leading AI labs and hardware manufacturers to secure early access to cutting-edge innovations.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes for projects slated for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of forecasting industry trends.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture, with a keen interest in Quantum Computing concepts.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary R&D projects.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Masterās degree preferred.
