Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and decision-making.
- Integrate state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance agent cognitive capabilities and context awareness.
- Optimize model inference and reduce latency to ensure real-time performance in high-stakes environments.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, safety, and alignment with human values.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to explore hybrid AI architectures for the post-silicon era.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering, with a focus on generative models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Proven track record of building production-ready AI agents or conversational interfaces.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies.
