Job Description
Shape the Future of Computing
We are looking for a visionary Quantum AI Lead Architect to spearhead our R&D initiatives for the 2026 roadmap. In this role, you will bridge the gap between classical artificial intelligence and next-generation quantum computing architectures. You will define the technical standards for hybrid systems that solve complex problems beyond the reach of silicon-based processors.
Why Join Us?
As we approach the pivotal year of 2026, we are building a team of futurists and engineers dedicated to unlocking the potential of quantum entanglement in machine learning models. You will have the autonomy to design from scratch and the resources to prototype at scale.
Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-AI Systems: Design scalable hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of physicists and software engineers to pioneer new computing paradigms.
- Technical Roadmapping: Define the technical trajectory for our quantum hardware-software integration over the next 3 years.
- Prototyping: Build and test proof-of-concept models using cloud-based quantum simulators and early-access hardware.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects in best practices for quantum error correction and optimization.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and specialized quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hardware-software co-design.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
