Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI product roadmaps incorporating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AGI research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and AI researchers
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years AI strategy experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, generative AI, and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of translating AI research into commercial products
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in AI ethics and governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
