You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to transform regulatory requirements into competitive advantages while building a culture of radical transparency and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy proprietary ESG impact measurement frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory mandates
- Lead development of AI-powered sustainability analytics platforms for real-time risk assessment
- Design net-zero transition strategies for $5B+ portfolio companies
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and regulatory bodies
- Present ESG innovation roadmaps to Board of Directors and institutional investors
- Lead cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into product development
- Drive certification achievement for new ESG standards (ISSB, CSRD)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ESG/sustainability with proven experience in financial services or fintech
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Finance, or Data Science
- Expertise in developing ESG metrics for climate transition planning
- Proficiency in AI/ML applications for sustainability data modeling
- Experience with international ESG regulatory frameworks (EU Taxonomy, SEC Climate Rules)
- Track record of leading ESG transformation initiatives at scale
- CFA, FRM, or CFA ESG certification preferred
- Strong network in climate tech and sustainable finance communities
