Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ sustainability roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy and decarbonization strategies
- Forecast climate risks/opportunities using AI-driven environmental analytics
- Design stakeholder engagement programs for ESG transparency and accountability
- Drive innovation in sustainable materials and green tech adoption
- Advocate for policy changes through industry coalitions and thought leadership
- Mentor junior sustainability professionals to build future-ready talent pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in scaling corporate sustainability initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in climate science, carbon accounting, and ESG frameworks
- Advanced data analytics skills using sustainability platforms (SAP Sustainability Cloud, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certifications in LEED, GRI, or SASB preferred
- Demonstrated success in influencing C-suite decision-making
- Passion for emerging tech (blockchain, AI) applied to sustainability challenges
