Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends with 2026 impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for high-stakes business decisions
- Produce executive-level trend reports and future-state briefings with data-driven insights
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision strategies
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic signals affecting industry disruption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation with proven foresight methodology experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., TrendMapper, Futures Platform)
