Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct comprehensive research and scenario planning to identify key technological, social, and economic trends likely to emerge by 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Define and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap that aligns emerging technologies with business objectives and long-term goals.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and prioritize emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) for potential integration into our products and operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future trends and strategic plans to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to foster alignment and buy-in.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the incubation of pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for future technologies to de-risk innovation investments.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry leaders and disruptors to benchmark our preparedness and identify gaps in our strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurism, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital transformation frameworks, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modeling tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels through clear, compelling storytelling.
