Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, focusing on AI-driven automation and quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- Design highly scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define technical specifications and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including edge computing and neuromorphic processing.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or High-Performance Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application in current system design.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
