Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or Systems Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or neurotechnology integration
- Proficiency in designing systems for extreme environments (space, deep-sea, polar)
- Experience with federated learning frameworks and edge computing architectures
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture from IBM or Google Quantum
- Demonstrated success in leading tech projects with $50M+ budgets
