- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and global industry forums
- Drive patent development for at least 3 disruptive technologies annually
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists in emerging tech domains
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption curves and market impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Materials Science with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI advancements
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Experience securing government SBIR grants and corporate venture partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio of 5+ patented technologies or commercialized innovations
