As a cornerstone of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, NASA engineers, and UN sustainability advisors to develop breakthrough technologies that redefine human-machine interaction. Our state-of-the-art San Francisco campus features neuro-labs, quantum simulators, and climate-controlled server farms.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready tech stack integrating quantum computing with edge AI
- Lead cross-functional teams developing human-centric autonomous systems
- Design ethical AI frameworks with embedded bias mitigation protocols
- Prototype carbon-negative data center solutions using liquid cooling tech
- Establish blockchain-based supply chain transparency for hardware components
- Develop neuro-interfaces for augmented reality medical diagnostics
- Collaborate with UN Global Compact on sustainable tech standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and zero-knowledge proofs
- Proficiency in neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Experience with ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 sustainability frameworks
- Fluency in Python/C++ with PyTorch/TensorFlow optimization
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
