Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen generative models and autonomous agents.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research and development projects focused on the evolution of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI by 2026.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of models on cloud infrastructure, ensuring low-latency inference and optimal resource utilization.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly, market-leading features.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks. Strong experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively about complex problems and pioneer new methodologies in AI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
