Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise tech strategy
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Advanced degree in Quantum Physics or AI
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic
- Patent portfolio with ≥5 AI/quantum patents
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI governance
