Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech infrastructure and carbon-neutral computing systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior researchers and publish whitepapers in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI systems from concept to production
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of sustainable technology lifecycle management
