Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive cultural transformation to foster organization-wide innovation mindset
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
