Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting the computational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including neural interface optimization and quantum-ready machine learning models.
- Model Optimization: Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of deep learning models to reduce latency and improve inference speeds.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive AI models and data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithmic Mastery: Deep understanding of optimization algorithms, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, large-scale system failures and architect resilient solutions.
