Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government grants and venture capital
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future tech
- Global network of academic and industry partnerships in innovation ecosystems
