Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech research institutions
- Architect ethical innovation frameworks for autonomous systems
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts
- Drive patent development in applied futurism methodologies
- Mentor下一代 (next-gen) futurist talent through our incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist leadership roles
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research on technological singularity implications
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to market
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience with global futures policy advisory boards
