Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, bio-tech, climate tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Present future insights to board members and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio expansion for 2026 breakthroughs
- Mentor innovation fellows and cultivate a future-forward culture across 15 global offices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism (books, journals, TED talks)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or government grants
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
