Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives translating emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) into commercial opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough products with $500M+ market potential
- Establish thought leadership through industry keynotes and white papers
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futures analysis
