Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging paradigms (post-quantum cryptography, synthetic biology)
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems for climate resilience and circular economy models
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and disruptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-proof innovations
