Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic advantages
- Present executive-level strategic briefings on technology adoption and disruption risks
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline velocity
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market forecasting and scenario planning
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
